MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION
Before starting as a driver on the SUFURIDE platform, your vehicle must pass a mandatory inspection. The inspection ensures that the vehicle is roadworthy, safe, and meets SUFURIDE's standards for quality and safety.

REGISTRATION & VETTING OF DRIVERS
To become a SUFURIDE driver, you need to complete a registration process that includes submitting personal information, vehicle details, and passing a background vetting. This is done to ensure the safety and security of both drivers and riders.
Once registered, your details will be vetted, and you will be notified of your approval status.
REGISTRATION OF RIDERS
Riders can easily register on the SUFURIDE app by creating an account using their personal details, including their phone number, email address, and payment method. The registration process is quick and ensures that all riders can enjoy a seamless experience on the platform.
GOOD CONDUCT
All SUFURIDE users (drivers and riders) are expected to maintain good conduct. This includes treating others with respect, following traffic laws, and adhering to SUFURIDE's guidelines for a safe and positive ride experience.
Any reports of misconduct will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken.
REWARDS & BONUS
SUFURIDE offers rewards and bonuses to both drivers and riders for their continued loyalty and positive behavior on the platform. Drivers can earn bonuses for completing a certain number of trips, maintaining a high rating, or referring new drivers. Riders may also receive discounts and promotional offers periodically.

How to Reset Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it for security reasons, follow these steps:
- Open the SUFURIDE app and tap Sign In.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email or phone to create a new password.
- Log in using your new credentials.

How to Add or Update Payment Methods
To add or update your payment method in the SUFURIDE app, follow these steps:
- Open the SUFURIDE app and go to the Payment section in the menu.
- Tap Add Payment Method to add a new card or Edit to update an existing one.
- Enter your card details or select your preferred payment option.
- Tap Save to confirm the changes.
Your new payment method will now be active for future trips.
How to File a Complaint About a Driver or Rider
If you’ve had an unpleasant experience with a driver or rider, you can file a complaint:
- Go to your Trip History in the SUFURIDE app.
- Select the ride you want to report.
- Tap Report an Issue and select the appropriate option (e.g., driver behaviour, safety concern, etc.).
- Provide any relevant details in the description box.
- Submit your complaint for review.
Our support team will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.

How to Track Your Ride History
To view your previous rides and receipts:
- Open the SUFURIDE app and go to the Trip History section.
- Here, you’ll see a list of all your completed rides.
- Tap on any ride to view more details, including the route taken, fare breakdown, and payment details.
You can also download your ride receipts from this section for future reference.
